Wanted to see Plymouth popular places and this apartment was handy base for exploring most of them. Great location, the area in general was lovely close to the train station, and the city centre. Really enjoyed that there were a fridge, central heating, and an iron. Everything was simply brand-new. We stayed 1 night; would stay here again...

We loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and close to the city center. It was perfect for us as bike riders. the room was quiet, the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and towels. the modern and spacious shower was a highlight. We also appreciated the provision of a hairdryer and hangers in the room. the kitchen/lounge area looked lovely, although we didn't get a chance to use it. we found the facilities to be convenient and clean.

We felt right at home at Kings Cross By Pureserviced and had nothing to complain about.

The room was fantastic! It had a modern and new feel to it, with a nice bathroom and plenty of plug sockets. The bed and bed linen were of high quality, ensuring a comfortable and cozy night's sleep. The shower had ample pressure and lovely hot water, and the big fluffy bath towels were a nice touch. the free use of a washing machine and tumble dryer was amazing, making it convenient to do laundry during the stay. The location was also great, with easy access to key attractions and amenities nearby.

The advertisement and photos gave the impression of having a private kitchenette, but in reality, it was shared among multiple rooms. This led to a lack of cooking utensils and basic equipment, which made cooking meals a challenge.

The room was modern and the bathroom was nice. There were plenty of plug sockets, which was convenient for charging all our devices. the location was key, with the train station just a minute walk away and the city center not far either. It made getting around very convenient.

One thing that was frustrating was the check-in process. Several of us waited for 15 minutes for a staff member to show up.

Great location, close to attractions, and a nice terrace. The apartment had an oven, which was a pleasant surprise.

They must have forgotten to include a welcome mat at the door. My feet were just too clean for my liking.
